The organization aims to provide the children and young people with warmth, a family-like atmosphere and supports them to grow in self-confidence. Excellent working relationships with Children and Adolescent Mental Health services means great support is provided to children and young people alike. Most of the children have been through many foster placements that failed and have a troubled past.

We are currently looking for a large number of Support Workers/ Student Support Assistants to work with young people aged 8 and 19 years old. These young people have severe learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.
